Cancellation and refund
At PalBeing, we’ve crafted each product with care to deliver the best results, backed by complete transparency. We truly hope you adore our products as much as we do. However, if you wish to return a product, we’re here to help and will ensure the process is seamless for you.
Refunds/Replacements are offered in the following cases:
1- Incorrect product shipped
2- Damaged product received
3- Expired product delivered
If you encounter any of these issues, please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@palbeing.com. Requests submitted beyond 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Here’s how it works:
1- Allow us 48 hours to review your request.
2- Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
3- After receiving and verifying the returned product, our team will process your refund within 24 hours if the issue is confirmed.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified during the sale period. If your order was placed a few days before the sale, it still cannot be canceled during this time.
For orders placed during regular periods, cancellations are only allowed if the order has not been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@palbeing.com with your order ID within 3 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped (whichever comes first).Once your order is canceled, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Typically, refunds are credited within 7-14 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, we regret that cancellations are no longer possible.
