Shipping and delivery
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public/bank holidays). For metropolitan areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. For other locations, delivery may take 5-7 business days depending on the area. Please note, the dispatch of all products in your order may or may not occur at the same time.
The delivery date shown at the time of placing your order (on the product page, cart, checkout, or confirmation email) is tentative. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and your registered email.
Our delivery partners strive to bring your package as quickly as possible. If they are unable to deliver due to an address issue or timing conflict, they will reach out to you for assistance.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@palbeing.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. This is important as the window to raise disputes with our shipping partner closes after this time.
